Steps of <b>Honey Chilli Potato Recipe</b><br />

<li>Start by taking a deep pan and put water in it, with that add some salt to it (1/4 tea spoon).<br />Now boil potatoes in that water for 3 minutes.</li>
<br />
<li>After potatoes get boiled, rinse it with cold running water, like this we get rid of most of the potato starch.</li>
<br />
<li>Now we will put half of all purpose flour (maida) and corn flour in a big bowl. Add some salt to it again around ¼ tea spoon and some refined around 2 tea spoon. Mix them all together.</li>
<br />
<li>Now mix potatoes in this mixture, and mix them together like all mixture get stick to potatoes.<br />This is 1st important step when you stick dry material on potatoes.</li>
<br />
<li>After applying dry material on potatoes make a paste of similar material. For this paste you have to take all those materials that we use to make dry material, just add water to that mixture and it should not be a thin paste, as we want to coat our potato sticks with this paste.</li>

<li>Now coat paste on the potato sticks and apply material well on potatoes. Now after that keep oil in a pan or kadhai on flame, so that our oil gets ready for frying potato sticks.<br />After oil get heat up, put potato sticks in it. Now another main point of this chilli potato comes here, we will only half fry this potato for first time. Fry them for 2 minutes only on medium flame or temperature. Transfer potatoes to a plate, and now you will notice many potato sticks stick together after frying.</li>

<li>Now separate those potato sticks which get stick together and again fry them on low flame or temperature. This is again an important step of this honey chilli potato recipe. Fry potato sticks till they turn dark golden brown.</li>

<li>So now when you are transferring potato sticks to a plate, you can hear a sound of "Tik Tik" and this is what we want "Crispy Potato Sticks" for our honey chilli potato.</li>

<li>After making potato sticks, let's jump to make its sauce or masala. For its sauce firstly put refined oil into a pan or kadhai. After heating oil put garlic in it and fry them for 2 minutes.<br />After our garlic start changing its color, put onion in pan and cook it for another 2 minutes. After that put capsicum and again stir all for 2-3 minutes.</li>

<li>To make your sauce thick, make a liquid of corn flour. Take 2 tea spoon of corn flour and add water to it mix them well. Its flow should be like milk.</li>

<li>Now put ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, chilli flakes, chilli powder (deggi mirch) and honey into pan, and mix them all with onion and capsicum.</li>

<li>Now add some sesame seeds to pan and with that add corn flour liquid which we prepared in last step. If you need add some water to it and cook everything properly for 2-3 minutes. Our sauce is ready now.</li>

<li>Lets start with this Tamarind Sauce or Imli Ki Chutney Recipe. Firstly Soak Tamarind for 8-10 hours in water. Now after that mash tamarind in that water only with any utensil or it is better to use your hands and just extract its pulp. After you mash it well and extract whole pulp, then filter it and separate the pulp of tamarind. You can repeat this procedure twice so that nothing get waste, and in second time you have to add some water in it.</li>

<li>So after first step we have our tamarind or imli pulp for this imli ki chutney recipe. Break down jaggery (gud) in small pieces. Firstly put tamarind or imli pulp and jaggery in a pan or kadhai. We can also use Sugar instead of Jaggery but I always prefer jaggery. Stir it till jaggery gets melt down.</li>

<li>After jaggery gets melt we will put salt, black salt, cumin seeds powder (jeera powder), garam masala, fennel seed powder (saunf) and ginger powder in it and mix them well. With that put deggi chilli powder and little bit of red chilli powder, deggi mirch or deggi chilli powder adds natural color to sauce. Mix everything well.</li>

अरहर की दाल को साफ करके धो लीजिये और बनाने के ½ घंटे पहले पानी में भिगो दीजिये.<br />
दाल को कुकर में, 2 कप पानी, थोडा़ नमक और थोडी़ सी हल्दी पाउडर डाल कर पकने के लिये गैस पर रख दीजिये. कुकर में एक सीटी आने के बाद, गैस धीमी करके 2 मिनिट तक दाल पकाइये, गैस बन्द कर दीजिये और कुकर का प्रैशर खत्म होने पर कुकर खोलें.<br />
आम को धोकर, छीलकर इसका गूदा निकाल कर छोटे-छोटे टुकड़ों में काट लीजिए.<br />

गोभी के डंठल हटा कर, टुकड़े में काट कर, गोभी के टुकड़ों को गरम पानी में नमक डाल कर 5 मिनिट के लिये रख दीजिये और धो लीजिये, नमक के गरम पानी में गोभी को डालकर 5-10 मिनिट तक रख देने से इसके बर्षा के समय में आये हुये वैक्टीरिया खतम हो जाते हैं. नमक के पानी से गोभी के टुकड़ों को निकाल कर अच्छी तरह धो लीजिये.<br />

मेथी दाना, जीरा, सरसों के दानों को दरदरा कूट कर तैयार कर लीजिए<br />

पैन में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये, गरम तेल में कूटे हुए मसाले डाल दीजिए और हींग डालकर मसाले को हल्का सा भून लीजिए. अब इसमें कटी हुई हरी मिर्च, अदरक का पेस्ट, हल्दी डालकर, थोडा़ सा भूनने पर, धुले हुये गोभी के टुकड़े डाल कर अच्छे से मिक्स कर लीजिए. इसमें नमक, लाल मिर्च पाउडर और धनियां पाउडर डाल कर मिला लीजिए.<br />

एक बडे़ प्याले में पिघला हुआ मक्खन और चीनी का बूरा डालकर अच्छी तरह मिक्स करते हुये फैंटिये, मक्खन और चीनी फ्लपी होने पर इसमें कन्डेंस मिल्क डालकर, एक बार फिए अच्छी तरह से फैंट लीजिए.<br /><br />दूसरे प्याले में मैदा, बेकिंग सोडा, बेकिंग पाउडर डालकर छानकर ले लीजिए, पिसे हुए बादाम और इलायची पाउडर डालकर मिला लीजिए (इलायची पाउडर की जगह आप इसमें वनीला एसेंस भी डाल सकते हैं).<br />

इन्सटेंट कॉफी पाउडर में एक या दो चम्मच दूध डालकर कॉफी को घुलने तक मिक्स कर लीजिए और इसे मक्खन व चीनी के बैटर में डाल कर मिला दीजिए.<br />

केक को बेक करने के लिए ओवन को 180 डि. से. पर प्रीहीट कर लीजिए<br />

केक पैन तैयार कर लीजिए, 7 इंच लम्बा सिलिकॉन का हार्टशेप केक पैन लीजिए और इसे बटर लगा कर चिकना कर लीजिए, पैन को आप आलिव आयल से भी चिकना कर सकते हैं.<br />

केक को बेक करने के लिए, जाली स्टेन्ड पर ओवन में रख दीजिए. माइक्रोवेव को कोन्वेक्शन मोड पर 180 डिग्री से. पर 20 मिनिट के लिए सैट कर दीजिए, और केक को चैक कीजिये, केक को ऊपर से अच्छा ब्राउन होने तक बेक कर लीजिये. केक ऊपर से अच्छा ब्राउन दिख रहा है, केक के अन्दर चाकू गढ़ा कर देखा जा सकता है, चाकू से केक मिश्रण नहीं चिपकता है तो केक बेक होकर तैयार है. अगर चाकू से मिश्रण चिपक कर आ रहा है, तब केक को फिर से 160 डिग्री से. पर ही केक के पूरी तरह बेक होने तक बेक कर लीजिये. बादाम केक 40-50 मिनिट में बेक होकर तैयार हो जाता है.<br />

केक को थोडा़ सा ठंडा होने दीजिए. ठंडा होने परे केक को कंटेनर से निकाल लीजिए. बहुत ही सॉंफ्ट और स्पंजी केक बनकर तैयार है, बादाम केक को फ्रिज में रखकर 15 से 20 दिन तक खाया जा सकता है.<br />
