Ingredients for Vegetable Poha Recipe
- Flattened rice (poha)-150 gm
- carrot (gajar)-1
- Peas (Matar)-50gm
- Lemon (nimbu)- ½
- Curry Leaves- 10-15
- Onion (pyaz)- 1 Chopped
- Green Chilli (hari mirch)- 2
- Raw Peanuts (kachi mungfali)- 1tbs\
- White Lentils (Urad Dal)- 1 spoon
- Split Bengal Gram (Chana Dal)- 1 spoon
- Dry Red Chilli (Sukhi Laal Mirch)- 1
- Mustard Seeds (Sarson k Dane)- 1 spoon
- Turmeric (Haldi)- ¼ spoon
- Asafetida (Hing)- Pinch of
- Refined Oil- 1 tbs

Steps for Vegetable Poha Recipe
Soak poha for 2 minutes. Then filter it and drain all water.
Firstly take a pan and put refined oil in it, heat up the oil. After oil get heated put mustard seeds (Sarso) in pan. After a while you will listen pop ups of mustard seeds, at that time put dry red chillies in it. After that put white lentil (urad dal) and raw peanuts (mungfali) in pan. Fry them till our urad dal turn golden brown.

After our urad dal turn golden brown put onion, green chilli, curry leaves, peas and carrot into pan. After cooking them for 2 minutes put turmeric (haldi), salt and asafetida (hing) in it, mix them well with vegetables. Now cover pan with a lid so that vegetables turns soft.

In last put poha in pan which we make read by soaking it in start of our recipe. Mix up poha or flattened rice with vegetables. In last put lemon juice in it and mix it with poha. Like this our all time Healthy Breakfast “Poha” is ready.
