Peel the onions and slice thinly. Place on a large flat plate, sprinkle with the flour and 1 teaspoon salt, and mix well with your hands. Heat the sunflower oil in a medium heavy-bottomed saucepan placed over high heat. Make sure the oil is hot by throwing in a small piece of onion; it should sizzle vigorously. Reduce the heat to medium-high and carefully (it may spit!) add one-third of the sliced onion. Fry for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally with a slotted spoon, until the onion takes on a nice golden brown color and turns crispy (adjust the temperature so the onion doesn’t fry too quickly and burn). Use the spoon to transfer the onion to a colander lined with paper towels and sprinkle with a little more salt. Do the same with the other two batches of onion; add a little extra oil if needed.</div>

Wipe the saucepan in which you fried the onion clean and put in the cumin and coriander seeds. Place over medium heat and toast the seeds for a minute or two. Add the rice, olive oil, turmeric, allspice, cinnamon, sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and plenty of black pepper. Stir to coat the rice with the oil and then add the cooked lentils and the water. Bring to a boil, cover with a lid, and simmer over very low heat for 15 minutes.</div>

I started cooking/eating non-veg recipes only after my marriage n i often make this chicken 65 for him. <li style="border: none; margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0.25em 0px;">Then take chicken pieces in a bowl, add ginger garlic paste, chili powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice,salt, food color, corn flour, soy sauce n all purpose flour n mix everything well.</li>
<li style="border: none; margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0.25em 0px;">After that, wrap the bowl using cling wrap and refrigerate or allow to rest in room temperature for 4-5 hours. </li>
<li style="border: none; margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0.25em 0px;">And then, heat oil in a pan, when it gets really hot, drop 3-4 chicken pieces or add chicken pieces and cook in medium heat until it turns crisp n cooked well.</li>

<li>10 Cashewnuts</li>
<li>1 Big tblsp Tomato Ketchup</li>

<li>1/4 cup Water</li>
<li>1/2 cup milk</li>
<li>2 tblsp Cream</li>
<li>1/4 tsp garam masala</li>
<li>1 tsp fenugreek crushed</li>
<li>Finely chopped coriander leaves</li>

<i><b>How to make authentic butter chicken :</b></i></div>

<li style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-right: 10px;">In a bowl take all the ingredients under the marinate head and the chicken pieces.The chicken pieces should be 1" inch in size. Mix well and keep aside for atleast 2 - 3 hrs</li>
<li style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-right: 10px;">Blanch, peel and puree the tomatoes. Keep aside.</li>
<li style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-right: 10px;">Soak the cashewnuts for 2 - 3 hrs in hot water and then strain and grind the cashewnuts into a fine paste.</li>
<li style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-right: 10px;">For the curry heat the pan and add butter and immediately add the garlic paste.</li>
<li style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-right: 10px;">Now add the sliced green chilly. Also add cumin powder, red chilly powder and salt. Add 1 tblsp water and mix well.</li>
<li style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-right: 10px;">Add the tomato puree and cook till the gravy leaves the side.</li>
<li style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-right: 10px;">Lower the flame and add the cashewnut paste and stir constantly.</li>
<li style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-right: 10px;">Now add the tomato ketchup, sugar and 1/4 cup water.</li>
<li style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-right: 10px;">Meanwhile in a separate pan shallow fry the marinated chicken pieces for 4 - 5 minutes. If overcooked then the chicken will get hard and stiff. Keep aside.</li>
<li style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-right: 10px;">Once the gravy comes to a boil add the chicken pieces. And cook for a minute.</li>
<li style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-right: 10px;">Now lower the flame add the milk and stir well. Cook for another minute and then add the cream. Mix well</li>
<li style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-right: 10px;">Now add the garam masala and crushed fenugreek leaves. Mix well.</li>
<li style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-right: 10px;">Transfer the chicken to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander leaves, crushed fenugreek leaves and swirls of cream.</li>

<li>Combine the rice, coconut milk, ginger, salt and screw pine leaves in a rice cooker.</li>
<li>Once the rice is cooked, stir it with a fork.</li>
<li>Heat oil and saute the grounded ingredients till fragrant.</li>
<li>Add in prawns and stir-fry till prawns turn pink.</li>
<li>Pour the tamarind juice, salt, sugar and turmeric powder.</li>
<li>If preferred, you can also add 1/2 a cup of coconut milk (optional).</li>
<li>Cook till gravy has thickened.</li>
<li>Nasi Lemak is a set-meal which is served with sambal (prawns, squids or anchovies), sliced cucumber, boiled egg, fried anchovies, groundnuts and also with a stir-fry vegetable.</li>

High Saucepan with cover (large enough to completely cover eggs)<br />

PREPARATION.....<br />

Place the eggs in the pan with the help of a spoon and add cold water enough to cover the eggs by 1 inch.<br />
Bring the water to boil and then remove from heat. Cover the pan, and let sit for 15 - 20 minutes.<br />
Later transfer the eggs to a pan of ice cubes and water.<br />
Chill the eggs for 2 minutes. At the same time boil the water again in which the eggs were boiled earlier.<br />
Transfer the chilled eggs from the ice bowl to the boiling water pan & bring to the boil again. Let them boil for 10 seconds.<br />
Remove the eggs and place them back into the ice cold water. Placing them in the ice water agian prevents dark lines from forming . After 5 - 10 minutes take them out and use them accordingly</div>

How to make authentic butter chicken :</div>

Mix well and keep aside for atleast 2 - 3 hrs</li>
<li style="color: #515151; font-family: Verdana, Arial; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; text-align: justify;">Blanch, peel and puree the tomatoes. Keep aside.</li>
<li style="color: #515151; font-family: Verdana, Arial; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; text-align: justify;">Soak the cashewnuts for 2 - 3 hrs in hot water and then strain and grind the cashewnuts into a fine paste.</li>
<li style="color: #515151; font-family: Verdana, Arial; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; text-align: justify;">For the curry heat the pan and add butter and immediately add the garlic paste.</li>
<li style="color: #515151; font-family: Verdana, Arial; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; text-align: justify;">Now add the sliced green chilly. Also add cumin powder, red chilly powder and salt. Add 1 tblsp water and mix well.</li>
<li style="color: #515151; font-family: Verdana, Arial; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; text-align: justify;">Add the tomato puree and cook till the gravy leaves the side.</li>
<li style="color: #515151; font-family: Verdana, Arial; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; text-align: justify;">Lower the flame and add the cashewnut paste and stir constantly.</li>
<li style="color: #515151; font-family: Verdana, Arial; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; text-align: justify;">Now add the tomato ketchup, sugar and 1/4 cup water.</li>
<li style="color: #515151; font-family: Verdana, Arial; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; text-align: justify;">Meanwhile in a separate pan shallow fry the marinated chicken pieces for 4 - 5 minutes. If overcooked then the chicken will get hard and stiff. Keep aside.</li>
<li style="color: #515151; font-family: Verdana, Arial; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; text-align: justify;">Once the gravy comes to a boil add the chicken pieces. And cook for a minute.</li>
<li style="color: #515151; font-family: Verdana, Arial; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; text-align: justify;">Now lower the flame add the milk and stir well. Cook for another minute and then add the cream. Mix well</li>
