Directions</h3>

 oven to 375°F. You'll need 2 large baking sheets lined with nonstick 
foil. Unroll 1 can breadstick dough and separate along perforated lines 
into 12 strips. For long fingers, halve strips crosswise into 24 pieces.
 Roll pieces into 10- to 12-in.-long ropes. Transfer to prepared baking 
sheets, spacing ropes 2 in. apart. Shape ropes into fun curves.</li>
<li class="recipe-directions-item" style="text-align: justify;">Lightly
 tint the dough ropes in blotchy tones using the spray colors with 
short, quick spurts (use all three colors on each finger).</li>
<li class="recipe-directions-item" style="text-align: justify;">Lightly brush with egg white and press an almond onto each for a fingernail. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.</li>
<li class="recipe-directions-item" style="text-align: justify;">Bake
 13 minutes, or until puffed and lightly browned on bottom edges. Cool 
on sheet on wire rack. Wipe foil on baking sheets clean.</li>
<li class="recipe-directions-item" style="text-align: justify;">Unroll
 remaining breadstick dough and separate into strips. For short fingers,
 cut each dough strip crosswise into thirds for 36 pieces. Roll dough 
pieces into 5- to 6-in.-long ropes and make fingers following the same 
procedure as for long fingers above. Bake as directed.</li>

<b>Ingredients:</b><br />
<i><b>For Outer Cover:</b></i><br />
1½ cups Whole Wheat Flour (I have used chapatti flour/aatta)<br />
1 tsp Baking Powder<br />
1 tsp Salt (Adjust as per taste)<br />
Water for kneading<br />
<br />
<i><b>For the Filling:</b></i><br />
1 packed cup Cabbage, finely shredded<br />
1 packed cup Carrot, peeled and grated<br />
¾ cup Onion, finely chopped<br />
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste<br />
1 tbsp Soya Sauce<br />
1 tsp Vinegar<br />
5-6 Black Peppercorns, crushed to fine powder (Optional and adjust as per taste)<br />
1 tbsp Oil (I have used roasted sesame oil)<br />
Salt to taste</blockquote>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
Method: </h4>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>Sift whole wheat flour, baking powder and salt into a large mixing bowl.</li>
<li>Add little water in parts and knead to make soft dough. Cover the dough with cling film or wet towel and let it rest for half an hour to an hour.</li>
</ul>
<h3 style="text-align: left;">
Prepare the vegetable filling:</h3>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>Heat oil in a pan on a medium flame and add finely chopped onions. Stir fry the onions for a minute before adding ginger-garlic paste. Stir it until the raw smell disappears, about 30-45 mins.</li>
<li>Next add finely shredded cabbage and carrots and stir fry them on a high heat for 2-3 minutes.</li>
<li>Don’t cook it for too long as we want to retain the crunch of vegetables.</li>
<li>Turn off the flame and transfer the stir fried veggies to a bowl. Mix in soya sauce, vinegar, black pepper powder and salt to taste. Let the mixture cool down to room temperature.</li>
</ul>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
Rolling and shaping the Momos:</h4>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>You can either roll individual wraps of 3 inch in diameter with thin edges and little thick in centre for the momos or simply roll the dough into large circle and cut them into smaller circles using a cookie cutter. I prefer the second method as it saves a lot of time and energy!</li>
<li>Pinch a medium orange sized ball and roll it on a lightly dusted surface into large 1 mm thin circle. Using a cookie cutter or a bowl/glass with sharp edge, cut out 3 inch circles.</li>
<li>Place 1-1½ heaped tsp of vegetable filling in the center and shape the momos by sealing the edges as shown above. Make sure that you seal the edges well as we don’t want the filling to ooze its liquid when we stem them. You can also shape them the authentic/traditional way by pleating the edges, but the above technique takes half the time and works best for me.</li>
<li>Place the momo in a large plate and cover it with a wet towel from drying out. Repeat the process until you are ready for steaming.</li>
</ul>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
Steaming the Momos:</h4>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>Heat water in a steamer or pressure cooker without weight as per instruction and let it come to a boil. (Read the notes in the end)</li>
<li>Lightly grease the steamer bowl/idli moulds with little oil which will help in keeping the momos from sticking. Arrange momos in a steamer/idli moulds with some space between them so that they don’t stick to each other.</li>
<li>Close the lid and allow the momos to steam cook for around 7-10 minutes on medium flame. The time to cook the momos will depend on the thickness of the outer cover. Once cooked, you will notice that the outer cover turns translucent and glossy and is not sticky to touch. Make sure not to overcook the momos as it will turn tough and chewy.</li>
<li>Once cooked, remove from the dumplings from the steamer and serve these delicious and addictive Whole Wheat Tibetian Vegetarian Momos with sweet chilli sauce or any dipping sauce of your choice. Enjoy!</li>
</ul>
<h3 style="text-align: left;">
Shweta’s Notes:</h3>
<ol style="text-align: left;">
<li>Once you have added the filling, make sure that you seal the edges well as we don’t want the filling to ooze its liquid when we stem them.</li>
<li>To steam the momos in a pressure cooker, pour 2-3 cups of water (about 1 inch) in the pressure cooker and bring it to boil. Place the greased steamer bowl/idli moulds with momos in the cooker and close the lid. Please remember to remove the weight/whistle before closing the lid. Steam cook the momos for 7-10 mins.</li>
<li>The time to cook the momos will depend on the thickness of the outer cover. Please make sure not to overcook the momos as it will turn tough and chewy.</li>
<li>Traditionally, Momos are steamed in bamboo baskets, but you can steam cook them in a regular Steamer or cooker, the way you make dhoklas or idlis.</li>
<li>Once cooked, you will notice that the outer cover turns translucent and glossy and is not sticky to touch.</li>
<li>Be cautious when you bite into the hot momos as the filling will be very hot with the juice released from vegetables during steaming and can burn you easily.</li>

They taste just like classic french toast, but you dip them in syrup and eat them with your hands. Soooo easy to make and everyone will go crazy about how fun and delicious they are to eat!</div>

<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><b>INGREDIENTS</b></span><br />
8 slices white sandwich bread<br />
4-5 tablespoons cream cheese<br />
½ cup Kissan Mixed Fruit Jam<br />
2 eggs<br />
3 tablespoons milk<br />
2 tablespoons sugar<br />
A pinch of cinnamon powder (dalchini)<br />
Butter for frying<br />
<br />
<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><b>METHOD</b></span><br />
1. Trim the crusts from each slice of bread and flatten it with a rolling pin.<br />
2. Spread with 1 or 2 teaspoons cream cheese and Kissan Mixed Fruit Jam. Roll the bread up tightly.<br />
3. In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs and milk until well combined.<br />
4. In a separate shallow bowl, mix the sugar with the cinnamon.<br />
5. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and melt a tablespoon of butter.<br />
6. Dip each bread roll in the egg mixture to coat it well and place 
in the pan seam side down. Cook a few at a time until golden brown, 
turning to cook and brown on all sides, about 2 minutes per side. Add 
butter to the pan as needed.<br />
7. Remove cooked rolls from the pan and immediately roll in the cinnamon sugar until completely covered.  Serve at once.<br />

Instant rava (Semolina or Sooji/sujji) dosa is  popular in south Indian dishes. It is very easy to prepare ,very tasty, crispy and instant . The best thing about making rava dosa is , we don’t need to plan before. Whenever you feel , make it and have it . You can instantly make it and eat. Rava stands for suji or semolina. It is main ingredient, along with semolina, rice flour and all purpose flour are also added to the batter. you can make the rava dosa plain or you can spice it up by adding chopped onions, coriander  leaves, herbs and spices.  Always remember that the batter for rava dosa should be thin and easy to flow. Also allow some soaking time for rava or suji/semolina, so that they will be soften. This is a mouth watering culinary delight from South India. Rava Dosas are quick to make. They can be served as a snack or part of a main meal.</div>

<b>Method:</b><br />
<ul>
<li>Put rava , rice flour and plane flour in a bowl. Add 1 cup water.</li>
<li>Stir until there are no lumps visible and make a smooth batter.</li>
<li>When smooth batter is ready , then add more water. We need thin batter for dosa.</li>
<li>Add 1/2 cup of water and then add the spices.</li>
<li>Add green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves,asafoetida, cumin seeds and salt.</li>
<li>Mix it well and leave it for 10 to 15 min.</li>
<li>Heat a tawa pan or girdle and let it become hot.</li>
<li>Scoop some water in your palm and splash it (throw with force) on the pan.</li>
<li>The water droplets with sizzle and the pan will dry out.</li>
<li>Immediately pour the thin batter in a circular motion. Do not level 
the top using ladle but fill out the gaps by pouring the batter.</li>
<li>Sprinkle ½ or 1 tsp of oil from the top.</li>
<li>When the base becomes golden or crisp. flip and cook the other side.</li>
<li>When both the sides are cooked, remove the dosa from the pan. prepare all the dosas this way.</li>
<li>Serve the rava dosa hot with coconut chutney, sambar , tomato souse or <a href="https://www.blogger.com/null" target="_blank" title="Green Coriander (Hara Dhaniya) Chutney">Green Chutney</a>.</li>
</ul>
<b>Note:</b><br />
<ul>
<li>Batter should be thin. In case the batter becomes slightly thick 
after making 3-4 dosas, add 1-2 tbsp of water and mix again. Then 
continue to make dosas.</li>
<li>Once the tawa is heated well, keep the flame in medium through out the process.</li>
<li>Remember rava dosa will take longer time to get cooked.</li>
<li>Whether you use non stick or whatever pan, do not grease before 
making dosa . After you take off one dosa from the pan, wait for the pan
 to get hot, splash water and then pour the batter. This will make 
crispy, lacy, paper thin dosas.</li>
<li>Each time you need to stir the batter to make dosa as the rava gets settled at the bottom.</li>
<li>Cook the dosa in medium flame always and wait till it become crispy. It take few minutes to cook.</li>

<li>Start by taking a deep pan and put water in it, with that add some salt to it (1/4 tea spoon).<br />Now boil potatoes in that water for 3 minutes.</li>

<li>After potatoes get boiled, rinse it with cold running water, like this we get rid of most of the potato starch.</li>
<br />
<li>Now we will put half of all purpose flour (maida) and corn flour in a big bowl. Add some salt to it again around ¼ tea spoon and some refined around 2 tea spoon. Mix them all together.</li>
<br />
<li>Now mix potatoes in this mixture, and mix them together like all mixture get stick to potatoes.<br />This is 1st important step when you stick dry material on potatoes.</li>
<br />
<li>After applying dry material on potatoes make a paste of similar material. For this paste you have to take all those materials that we use to make dry material, just add water to that mixture and it should not be a thin paste, as we want to coat our potato sticks with this paste.</li>
<br />
<li>Now coat paste on the potato sticks and apply material well on potatoes. Now after that keep oil in a pan or kadhai on flame, so that our oil gets ready for frying potato sticks.<br />After oil get heat up, put potato sticks in it. Now another main point of this chilli potato comes here, we will only half fry this potato for first time. Fry them for 2 minutes only on medium flame or temperature. Transfer potatoes to a plate, and now you will notice many potato sticks stick together after frying.</li>
<br />
<li>Now separate those potato sticks which get stick together and again fry them on low flame or temperature. This is again an important step of this honey chilli potato recipe. Fry potato sticks till they turn dark golden brown.</li>
<br />
<li>So now when you are transferring potato sticks to a plate, you can hear a sound of "Tik Tik" and this is what we want "Crispy Potato Sticks" for our honey chilli potato.</li>
<br />
<li>After making potato sticks, let's jump to make its sauce or masala. For its sauce firstly put refined oil into a pan or kadhai. After heating oil put garlic in it and fry them for 2 minutes.<br />After our garlic start changing its color, put onion in pan and cook it for another 2 minutes. After that put capsicum and again stir all for 2-3 minutes.</li>
<br />
<li>To make your sauce thick, make a liquid of corn flour. Take 2 tea spoon of corn flour and add water to it mix them well. Its flow should be like milk.</li>
<br />
<li>Now put ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, chilli flakes, chilli powder (deggi mirch) and honey into pan, and mix them all with onion and capsicum.</li>
<br />
<li>Now add some sesame seeds to pan and with that add corn flour liquid which we prepared in last step. If you need add some water to it and cook everything properly for 2-3 minutes. Our sauce is ready now.</li>

तरबूज के मोटे छिलके को छील लीजिये, डार्क ग्रीन सख्त छिलका छील कर हटा दीजिये, सारे छिलके छील लीजिये और 1 -1 इंच के टुकड़े काट कर तैयार कर लीजिये.<br />

तरबूज के छिलके को ब्लांच कर लीजिये: किसी बर्तन में इतना पानी भर कर गरम करने रखिये कि तरबूजे के छिलके उसमें आसानी से डूब जाय. पानी में उबाल आने पर तरबूज के टुकड़े पानी में डाल दीजिये, और ढककर 5 मिनिट तक उबलने दीजिये, गैस बन्द कर दीजिये और तरबूज के टुकड़े पानी से निकाल लीजिये.<br />
<br />
एक बर्तन में तरबूज के ब्लांच किये हुये टुकड़े डालिये, उनके ऊपर चीनी डाल दीजिये और ढककर 2 घंटे के लिये रख दीजिये. चीनी तरबूज के पानी में घुल कर रस बना लेती है, अब इन तरबूज के टुकड़ों को चीनी के रस में धीमी आग पर पकने के लिये रख दीजिये. इलाइची पाउडर और जायफल डालकर मिला दीजिये और चाशनी को गाड़ा होने तक पका लीजिये.<br />

1-2 बूंद चाशनी किसी प्लेट में गिराइये और ठंडी होने पर उंगली और उंगूठे के बीच चिपका कर देखिये, चाशनी में तार बनने लगता है, तब चाशनी बन गई है, गैस बन्द कर दीजिये. यदि चाशनी में तार नहीं बन रहा है तब मुरब्बे को थोड़ा और पकाइये.<br />

मुरब्बे को इसी चाशनी में रहने दीजिये, रोजाना दिन में एक बार चमचे से चलाकर ऊपर नीचे कर दीजिये, 2-3 दिन बाद चाशनी को फिर से चैक कर लीजिये, अगर चाशनी पतली लग रही है तब मुरब्बा को चाशनी गाढ़ी होने तक फिर से पका लीजिये. तरबूज के छिलके का मुरब्बा बन कर तैयार है.<br />

अगर आप केन्डी बनाना चाहते हैं, तब अतिरिक्त चाशनी को छान लीजिये और तरबूज के टुकड़े छलनी में अलग अलग टुकड़े करते हुये रखे रहने दीजिये, 8-10 घंटे में हल्के से खुश्क हो जायेंगे, तरबूज के छिलके की केन्डी बन कर तैयार हो जायेगी.<br />

आवश्यक सामग्री - Ingredients for Corn Idli</h2>

<li>स्वीटकार्न भुट्टे- 2 या 2 कप दाने</li>
<br />
<li>सूजी - 1 कप</li>
<br />
<li>दही - 1 कप</li>
<br />
<li>आधा कप - हरे मटर के दाने</li>
<br />
<li>तेल - 2 टेबल स्पून</li>
<br />
<li>करी पत्ता - 10-12</li>
<br />
<li>अदरक पेस्ट - 1 छोटी चम्मच</li>
<br />
<li>हरी मिर्च - 1-2</li>
<br />
<li>राई - आधा छोटी चम्मच</li>
<br />
<li>उरद की दाल - 1 छोटी चम्मच</li>
<br />
<li>चने की दाल - 1 छोटी चम्मच</li>
<br />
<li>नमक - 1 छोटी चम्मच (स्वादानुसार)</li>
<br />
<li>इनो फ्रूट साल्ट - 1 छोटी चम्मच</li>

विधि - How to Make Corn Idli</h2>
<br />
स्वीट कार्न भुट्टे को कद्दूकस करके सारा पल्प निकाल लीजिये, किसी बड़े प्याले में दही और सूजी डालकर दही में अच्छी तरह मिला दीजिये. जब दही और सूजी अच्छी तरह मिल जायें तो इसी बैटर में स्वीट कार्न पल्प, नमक अदरक, हरी मिर्च भी डाल कर मिला दीजिये.<br />

छोटे पैन में तेल डालकर गरम कीजिये, तेल में राई डाल दीजिये, राई तड़कने पर उरद की दाल और चने की दाल डालिये और दालों के हल्के ब्राउन होने तक भून लीजिये. जब दालें हल्की ब्राउन हो जायें तो इसी तेल में करी पत्ते डालिये और हल्का सा भून कर तड़का तैयार कर लीजिये. इस तड़के को स्वीट कार्न मिश्रण में डाल दीजिये, मटर के दाने भी डालकर मिला दीजिये और 10 मिनिट के लिये मिश्रण को ढककर रख दीजिये, ताकि सूजी के दाने अच्छी तरह फूल जाय.<br />

कुकर या किसी भगोने में 2 छोटे गिलास पानी डालकर गरम करने के लिये रख दीजिये., इडली के सांचे में तेल लगाकर चिकना कर लीजिये अब दही, सूजी, स्वीटकार्न आदि के मिश्रण में ईनो फ्रूट साल्ट डालकर मिला दीजिये. सांचों में थोड़ा थोड़ा मिश्रण डाल कर सारे सांचे भर लीजिये . सांचे इडली स्टेन्ड में अरेन्ज कर लीजिये. पानी में उबाल आने पर इडली स्टेन्ड को भगोने या प्रेशर कुकर के अन्दर रख दीजिये. भगोने को अच्छी तरह ढक दीजिये. यदि प्रेशर कुकर में बना रहे हैं तो इसमें सीटी लगाये बिना ही ढकान बंद कीजिये. स्वीटकार्न इडली को इस तरह 10-12 मिनिट तक तेज आग पर भाप में पकने दीजिये.<br />

बहुत ही स्पंजी स्वीट कार्न इडली बनकर तैयार है, स्वीट कार्न इडली को हरे धनिये की चटनी या नारियल की चटनी या मूंगफली दाने की चटनी के साथ परोसिये और खाइये.<br />

<li>सिरका - 3/4 कप</li>
<br />
<li>जीरा - 2 छोटे चम्मच</li>
<br />
<li>अदरक - 2 इंच टुकड़ा</li>
<br />
<li>नमक - 2 छोटे चम्मच (स्वादानुसार)</li>
<br />
<li>हींग - 2-3 पिंच (पिसी हुई 1/4 छोटी चम्मच)</li>
<br />
<li>तेल - 2-3 टेबल स्पून</li>
</ul>

विधि - How to make Homemade green chilli hot sauce</h2>

हरी मिर्च को अच्छी तरह धोकर पानी सूखने तक सुखा लीजिये, डंठल तोड़ कर अलग कर दीजिये. अब मिर्च को बड़े बड़े टुकड़े में काट लीजिये. अदरक धोकर छील कर टुकड़ों में काट लीजिये.<br />

पैन में तेल डालकर गरम कीजिये, जीरा डालिये, जीरा भुनने पर हींग डालिये और हल्का सा भूनिये और कटे हुये हरी मिर्च और अदरक डालकर 1 मिनिट चलाते हुये भून लीजिये, नमक भी डालकर मिला दीजिये. आधा कप पानी डालिये और धीमी आग पर ढककर 5-6 मिनिट तक पकने दीजिये. ढक्कन को खोलकर मिर्च को चमचे चला दीजिये और फिर से ढककर 5-6 मिनिट धीमी आग पर ही पकने दीजिये. मिर्च को 12-15 पकने के बाद, हरी मिर्च नरम हो गई हैं, अगर इनमें पानी दिखाई दे रहा तो खुले में तेज आग करके पानी को जलने तक पका लीजिये.<br />

<img alt="" class="alignnone" height="490" src="http://ift.tt/1txdHb6" title="Green Chilli Hot Sauce" width="550" /><br /><br />पकी हुई मिर्च को मिक्सर जार में डालिये और जितना सिरका पीसने के लिये जरूरी हो उतना सिरका मिला कर बारीक पीस लीजिये. बचे हुये सिरके को भी पिसी मिर्च में डालकर मिला दीजिये. तीखा तीखा चिल्ली सास तैयार है, चिल्ली सास को कन्टेनर में भर कर 2-3 महिने तक और फ्रिज में रखकर 6 महिने तक प्रयोग किया जा सकता है इसकी शेल्फ लाइफ बढ़ाने के लिये आप इसमें आधा छोटी चम्मच एसीटिक एसिड मिला सकते हैं.<br />

<li>कन्टेनर जिसमें आप चिल्ली सास भर रहें है, उसे उबलते पानी से धोइये और धूप में सुखा लीजिये, कन्टेनर को ओवन में रखकर भी सुखाया जा सकता है.</li>
