Wash rajma, put it in Pressure Cooker. <b>Now Put 1 tea spoon of salt and 1 tea spoon refined oil. <i>Now refined is first essential thing to boil rajma faster without soaking.</i></b><br />
Now put water in pressure cooker and keep it<b> 1 inch above</b> level of rajma. <b>Now keep it on high flame and cook rajma till 3 whistles.</b><br />
After that off the flame and keep pressure cooker <b>close for 10 minutes to let rajma cook in its steam.</b><br />

<b>Soak poha for 2 minutes. Then filter it and drain all water.</b><br />
Firstly take a pan and put refined oil in it, heat up the oil. After oil get heated put mustard seeds (Sarso) in pan. After a while you will listen pop ups of mustard seeds, at that time put dry red chillies in it. After that put white lentil (urad dal) and raw peanuts (mungfali) in pan. <b>Fry them till our urad dal turn golden brown.</b><br />
