मैदा को किसी बर्तन में छान कर निकाल लीजिये. मैदा में ओलिव ओइल और नमक डालकर अच्छी तरह मिला लीजिये. मैदा को यीस्ट के पानी की सहायता से, हाथ से अच्छी तरह मिलाते हुये गूथिये, गुथे आटे को 5 - 7 मिनिट तक मसल कर पलट पलट कर आटे के चिकने होने तक गूंथिये. एकदम चिकने गुथे आटे को हाथ में तेल लगाकर चिकना करके किसी गहरे बर्तन में रखकर, ढकिये और टाबल से लपेट कर गरम स्थान पर रख दीजिये. आटा 3 -4 घंटे में फूल कर दुगना हो जाता है. पिज्जा बनाने के लिये आटा तैयार है.</div>

पिज्जा बेस को, पिज्जा बेकिंग ट्रे पर थोड़ा सा आटा छिडक कर रख लीजिये, पिज्जा बेस के ऊपर, पिज्जा टमाटो साल डाल कर, किनारों से 1 सेमी. छोड़ते हुये, एक जैसी सतह फैलाइये, टमाटो सास के ऊपर, टमाटर स्लाइसेज और शिमला मिर्च के टुकड़े थोड़ी थोड़ी दूर पर लगाइये. ऊपर से मोजेरिला चीज के टुकड़े य़ा कद्दूकस किया हुआ मोजेरिला चीज (mozzarella cheese) डालिये. मोजेरिला चीज के ऊपर ताजी क्रस की गई काली मिर्च और अजीनोमोटो पाउडर छिडक दीजिये, अब चारो ओर कुछ ओलिव ओइल भी डाल दीजिये.</div>

PREPARATION.....<br />

Place the eggs in the pan with the help of a spoon and add cold water enough to cover the eggs by 1 inch.<br />
Bring the water to boil and then remove from heat. Cover the pan, and let sit for 15 - 20 minutes.<br />
Later transfer the eggs to a pan of ice cubes and water.<br />
Chill the eggs for 2 minutes. At the same time boil the water again in which the eggs were boiled earlier.<br />
Transfer the chilled eggs from the ice bowl to the boiling water pan & bring to the boil again. Let them boil for 10 seconds.<br />
Remove the eggs and place them back into the ice cold water. Placing them in the ice water agian prevents dark lines from forming . After 5 - 10 minutes take them out and use them accordingly</div>

How to make authentic butter chicken :</div>

Mix well and keep aside for atleast 2 - 3 hrs</li>

<li style="color: #515151; font-family: Verdana, Arial; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; text-align: justify;">Soak the cashewnuts for 2 - 3 hrs in hot water and then strain and grind the cashewnuts into a fine paste.</li>
<li style="color: #515151; font-family: Verdana, Arial; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; text-align: justify;">For the curry heat the pan and add butter and immediately add the garlic paste.</li>
<li style="color: #515151; font-family: Verdana, Arial; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; text-align: justify;">Now add the sliced green chilly. Also add cumin powder, red chilly powder and salt. Add 1 tblsp water and mix well.</li>
<li style="color: #515151; font-family: Verdana, Arial; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; text-align: justify;">Add the tomato puree and cook till the gravy leaves the side.</li>
<li style="color: #515151; font-family: Verdana, Arial; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; text-align: justify;">Lower the flame and add the cashewnut paste and stir constantly.</li>
<li style="color: #515151; font-family: Verdana, Arial; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; text-align: justify;">Now add the tomato ketchup, sugar and 1/4 cup water.</li>
<li style="color: #515151; font-family: Verdana, Arial; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; text-align: justify;">Meanwhile in a separate pan shallow fry the marinated chicken pieces for 4 - 5 minutes. If overcooked then the chicken will get hard and stiff. Keep aside.</li>
